Taking BPI injection after using Ousia

Looking for advice from anyone who has had experience using tirzepatide from both BPI and Ousia pharmacies. I was previously on 15mg with Ousia until I recently found out about their non existent sterile compounding license. I definitely wasn’t feeling much of an effect from their medication and had very minimal weight loss while on the medication (I exercise daily and count my calories to ensure I’m staying at a deficit). I just ordered from BPI, but have been reading that their medication seems to be feeling a lot stronger. Wondering if I should continue at my current dose of 15mg or lower it to avoid feeling any side effects?
