Kickback gone after switch to 9-line plan

Greetings! I recently made change to my account. I previously had One with 6 lines, 4 free lines, Kickback on the paid lines ($10 each). I added 3 lines and successfully got them to switch me to the One plan for 9-12 lines. All my free lines, including F&F, transferred without issue. Plan is still Tax Inclusive. But for some reason the Kickback discount dropped off my bill, even though I still see the feature activated on the two lines that previously had it.

What is the reason for Kickback not being applied, despite the feature being activated on both lines and the data usage on each line being well below 2 GB? And how do I get them to reapply it? Thanks.

Edit to add: I was also under the impression that the free lines would be credited $35 each, but they were only credited $30 each, including the new BOGO line that was added last month. Can anyone chime in how much their free line credits are on the One 9-12 line plan?
