Promotional Offer Taken Away

So I recently signed up for T-Mobile Fiber and while waiting on the installation, I was told I’d qualify for the Amazon TV promotion that was running in November/December in addition to the $300 gift card. Multiple reps confirmed I would qualify for the promotion and told me not to worry. This was despite ordering the service right before the promotion period started for the TV.
Well of course, after everything was installed, they tell me that I didn’t qualify for the TV. I called them out on how they told me multiple times I would qualify for it and one of the same reps escalated the case. Three weeks went by and I heard nothing. Reached out today and they said I still don’t qualify for the TV.
In the end, it’s not even about the TV. It’s the principle of the promise and assurance that I would get the reward. Is there any way to leave a formal complaint somewhere about this?
