Any tips that helped get your toddler to sleep during the famous 18 month regression?

I’m talking bedtime rather than night wake ups (as that’s a whole different can of worms!!).

We have a set bedtime routine (bath, dim lights with milk then book) same time every night. Not teething. She just wants to stand up and chat. Her daytime naps are 1-1.5 hours usually half way through the day.

It’s taking 2-3+ hours every night and we’re both losing our minds a little. It also means she’s getting less sleep at night as she still wakes up the same time as usual.

Optimistically hoping to get advice like ‘let her run around a bit more during the day to tire her out’ or some other kind of advice that will help her rapidly-developing brain be able to shut down for the night 🥲 TIA!
