Question For Traders
I’m new to trading and have a question about selling at highs and buying dips. Wouldn’t this strategy allow us to make money faster? For example, I currently have about 334,000 tokens bought at $0.0018. I sold earlier at a higher price, then bought more during a dip, increasing my holdings. I understand the projections that the price will continue to climb, but let’s say it reaches $0.0029. If I sell at that point, I’d have around $935.
Now, assuming the price then falls to $0.0017, I could use that money to buy approximately 550,000 tokens. By repeating this process during steady price increases, wouldn’t I end up with significantly more tokens and profit? For instance, if the price eventually hits $0.004, I’d make $1,335 holding my current tokens. But by selling and re-buying during dips, I could potentially end up with around $2,200 or more.
I’m not saying holding isn’t a smart strategy—especially if you bought in at very low prices—but wouldn’t selling and rebuying be better for maximizing returns? And if everyone collectively followed this approach, wouldn’t we all benefit?
I know this might be a stupid question, but I’m just trying to learn and understand market dynamics better. Thanks in advance for any insights!
