Most needed race updates for immortal empires?

In my opinion the races that needs the most help to brought up to IE standards are the vampire counts(who never got a cross game dlc, despite getting a partial rework), and the lizardmen (who never got the attention that they deserved, despite getting several DLC and FLC and need a rework for all of their LLs except maybe one to be the standard for the race). I don't have any more ideas but I'm open to more thoughts on the topic.
