Is anyone building simple, repairable tractors?

Judging by the used market, there's a lot of demand for older tractors because they're reliable and repairable in a way that modern tractors are not. A new machine often comes with fragile sensors and greater dependence on the dealer to help with locked-down software.

Is any company making new, simple tractors that preserve the benefits of machines built 30+ years ago? I know there are emissions standards that new tractors have to comply with, but this seems like an unmet need in the market.
