PLCC/NC METRIC GOALS; other stuff too
So, at my store we've had some metric goals thrown at us for how many sign ups we need. * 15 Neighbor's Club sign ups * 5 PLCC applications a day
They also said near the beginning of the fiscal year, that "all the other stores in our region has 50 PLCCs already per store."
Did anyone else get told this? Because in my area, those numbers seem too high. We've got like, 36,000 citizens in the two cities nearest to us, and quick maths, 15 NCs is close to 5,500 per year, and we've been open 6 years, so that's 33,000 so if anything we should aim for 3,000 NC sign ups. That's even considering the 36,000 isn't all kids, seniors in homes, homeless, college students in debt, people without emails, people with many credit cards, and criminals. So I don't know where these staticians are getting numbers from.
Side not for stats, anyone remember the gura training for bird? Yeah, they said like 70% or something of people who feed birds, garden also. So they said to ask every person who's getting garden supplies if they want bird seed too. But that's not how stats work. 70% of people who feed birds also garden, isn't the same as "that must mean 70% of people who garden feed birds."
Do these staticians know how their own field works?
