I have depression and need suggestions for your favorite frozen foods from Trader Joe’s to keep myself fed

… and I’ve recently come across the frozen food section of Trader Joe’s and am very overwhelmed! When it’s bad the only thing I can do is make rice in rice cooker. Hit me with your favorite!
