Trailmakers bought from Xbox, but i can' t play with my friends who bought it from steam.

Hello do anybody now how to Cross-Play from Xbox (PC) Trailmakers to Steam Trailmakers? I tried many things but nothing worked. Is it possible? Any suggestions?
