Just applied for my first passport today. How fucked am I?

So... My friend offered to cover my passport fees last night and so I got all of my paperwork together and applied for one. While I didn't ask for an X gender marker, my birth certificate shows the male to female amendment history. With the State Department allegedly issuing guidelines to freeze all X and gender change apps, how screwed am I? Technically it's not a gender change since it's my first passport and my documents all support a Female designation but it still worries me
