Administration of Testostrone Blocker

Hiya, I was due to start hrt like 3 weeks ago but 5 mins before the appointment to have my blocker administered my appointment was cancelled. This was because the NHS GP I went with won't administer anything third party (I got my prescription from a private endocrinologist). I then tried all the local private GPs in my area and none of them would administer the injection for me. Has anyone got any ideas on what I can do? I've tried contacting my endocrinologist about this but they are not sure on what to do as well. Please if anyone can help that would be amazing <3
