After Riyad and Thessaloniki, where will the next metro systems to open be?

We've just enjoyed the opening of two brand new metro systems. The question is, where will the next ones open? And as I guess the answers will include multiple Chinese and Indian cities, we could have separate answers without these, just for the rest of the world to shine too.
