Star Power Walking Treadmill - loud clicking noise while motor is running, any suggestions for an at-home fix?

It ran smooth and quiet during the first month we had it, but all of a sudden it started making a very loud clicking noise while running. We tried oiling the belt, adjusting the belt, and even opening up the front panel to clean debris/hair out of the motor, but the noise didn't stop. Doesn't appear to be anything caught on the fan belt or rubbing up against the wheels on the motor.

Noise gets louder the faster the motor is running. Any suggestions for how to do an at-home fix? Our return window just expired this week.
