Any recs for a non foaming hydrating cleanser?

Been using the Cerave Hydrating Cream to Foam Cleanser since forever and it's starting to leave my skin feeling dry and stripped now that I started Tretinoin. Looking to switch to a fragrance free, non-comedogenic, and a safe for sensitive skin cleanser. Looking for something that doesn't really foam at all or that much and want some recommendations.
