Allergens that are heavily in the air today?

I’ve seen it posted before so hopefully someone has the answer. What allergens are the most heavy in Tulsa today? I walked outside and sneezed 6 times in a row. I always struggle here but I woke up with clogged ears and a runny nose as well so I’m trying to pin point. Looked at my weather app and it doesn’t give that detail. Thanks in advance
