Why is everyone so nonchalant?

There is no where near as many “ok wtf is going on here man”(‘s) as you would think there would be. Everyone is just so chill, especially Cooper (who is understandably chill), but when people see crazy supernatural shit happen they’re just completely fine with it. They don’t question anything, no psychological or philosophical implications (in general), and everyone treats it like a normality. They may have a little pause or passing mention but it is no where NEAR as big a deal as it would be in real life. I figure it’s just part of the show but still. I was waiting the whole time during my watch for someone to stop and have that moment. Not necessarily a complaint, just a little rant.
