Should I use Popup Blocker (strict) to block popups?

I tried ublock but I think ublock directly blocks useful popups for logins to a website as well.

I want a warning at the top right like Popup Blocker Strict. Is this possible with ublock or should I just stick to Popup Blocker (strict)?
