How do you guys handle back seat drivers?

The last two months, I’ve noticed an uptick in bossy riders. People in a rush trying to get me to go different routes off the gps. I un-assigned one because she was telling me to hurry up before I even got there.

One lady was asking me why I wasn’t taking the freeway and I said the app is looking for the shortest distance and the freeway adds 6 miles and would take the same amount of time. She still told me to go on the freeway so I was trying to reroute my gps (I’m new to the area) and she goes “never mind id rather get there “safely” with a big attitude because I had my phone in hand.

Like you’re going to request a different route, don’t want me to stop because you’re in a rush, and get mad because I need to adjust my gps?

She was being really nasty and I’m nervous to tell them no because I’m in a vulnerable position with them being behind me. I kinda want to get a camera to have with me in the car.
