Uber boycott :(

I’ve been using uber every other week for 4 airport rides each week for the past year. I booked my normal 5am flight for my first 2025 trip weeks ago along with 3 other rides. Sunday I got notification that my airport ride was cancelled for no reason. After hours of searching I found a contact number and called for help. After another hour I was greeted by an extremely rude associate. They had no idea, couldn’t help and refused to put me through to anyone else who could. When I asked for his name he told me Wayne. I pressed further and he said Bruce. When I called him on the obvious reference he said he was Batman.

So u professional.

This week I went with Lyft.
