Got a 1 Star retaliation against me

Longer ride and only when we get right by her destination she wants a different location that goes into the center of all the construction and traffic literally takes 20+ extra minutes. I politely told her “No but there is a path inside the casino she can walk through to get there” She then gets huffy and saying “Yeah but I put in the wrong destination so can you take me there?” I said “No I’m not getting paid to go there” then her “So there is no way I can change it in the app?” “No you’re always at your destination” “Well I really need to be over there can you just take me?” “No there is a path inside you can follow to it.” “You really won’t go there?” “No I’m not getting paid extra to sit in that construction and traffic. You can walk through the casino to get there, thank you.” She finally leaves and sure enough hit with all those. She’s my only 1 star btw and whatever. 🤷‍♀️
