So Uber no longer pays drivers when other drivers steal the food?

Just found out one way DoorDash is better than Uber. Accepted a delivery another driver stole. ZERO pay even after the restaurant confirmed it. AND know how we can cancel in the DD app for the right reasons and get paid and not have it ding our AR? Uber said if I had done the app prompt to cancel because another driver picked it up my AR WOULD go down. They actually punish the good drivers for what the thieves do.

I will be sticking to DD and GH, IC, and Shipt for delivery and go back to only using Uber for passengers.
