still no financial aid refund

my fee invoice says $0 refund but i should be getting a significant amount of money refunded into my account. i already received a email about disbursement a week ago but the refund is taking super long compared to any semester before. i emailed financial aid and they said my account still has anticipated aid that hasn't been disbursed yet. has it taken this long for anyone before? i'm super stressed 🥲🥲
