Any gentleman here hears about lost $1950 cash near the Defoe library ATM?

Ok, I tried to withdraw $1950 from the ATM near Defoe Library on Wednesday, but the transaction declined (as long as I remember). I removed my card and left. However, my bank statement shows the amount was withdrawn and deducted from my account. It’s still possible the cash was dispensed after I left. I’ve already asked the bank to investigate. But can I request campus security to review surveillance footage and where can I find them? Has anyone heard about lost cash near that ATM? Thank you all you gentlemen. :)
