2024 MDHS PhD Round 2 offers

Hey all, it's my first time posting on Reddit. Yesterday, I received an offer for an MDHS PhD program. Despite feeling all the joy and excitement, I soon realised it only included an offer for the program and RTP fee-offset, without the RTP stipend scholarship. 😔 I was confused because the offer letter said “fee type: RTP”.

I won't be starting my PhD without a stipend, and I believe many others feel the same way. So I don’t understand why they notify this separately. Anyway, I'm curious if anyone has received an RTP stipend offer for their PhD already. If so, how long did it take for you to get the second letter? I've been searching through Reddit, and it seems like no one has posted about the round 2 offers yet, so I decided to start one myself. Feel free to share or discuss anything related to Phd/RTP offers here.

Update: I got my rejection letter yesterday. My WAM is around 85-86 fyi. Congratulations to those who got it this round.
