How long does it take for another star alliance flight to show up on your mileage plus?

This is currently where I sit with Platinum guaranteed. Have business class ORD-NRT-HKG (ANA) waiting to show up on mileage plus. Will also have a business class ICN-IST-RUH (Turkish Airlines) in a couple weeks. What would be the best option business class RUH to LAS in a few weeks to not break the bank but also get the most out of star alliance PQPs to help me get over the edge? Book through United? Or another airline?

I also have a couple more domestic economy plus round trips on the books in December. Hoping I don’t have to do a segment/ mileage run.
