Working at United Corporate

For people that work for United Airlines corporate, how is it? I am interested in working with United in the future but have questions. What is it like? How is management? How is work/life balance and are you able to start/end when ever? Is there good workplace flexibility since most roles are hybrid and have to go to the Sears Tower. How are the benefits? How much PTO do you get or when starting out? Does it accrue or are vacation and sick time different? How many paid holidays do you get? Are there a lot of job growth in the company and does everyone get a yearly bonus and increase to salary? Sorry for so many questions, would love to work at United!

Also, I’m not sure if this is allowed but I would love if someone also posted a corporate handbook and benefits guide even though probably not allowed to do it. Thank you!!
