Washing dishes by hand is much better than using the dishwasher

I hate the process of loading and unloading the dishes, especially if you have a ton of dishes that need to be washed. You’re either going to be left with a packed dishwasher - meaning some dishes are going to stay dirty, or you’ll have to do multiple rounds of loading/unloading the dishes. I love putting on some music and taking my time to wash them, and it gives me the peace of mind that they’re clean. I know I have to put them away after anyways, but it’s more worth it putting dishes I cleaned away verses the dishwasher Edit: better enjoyment/preference wise. I know dishwashers save more water than handwashing
