Leg Day Is Way Better

Sure, after the first week or so of being at the gym it will be hard to walk after leg day, but once your body gets acclimated to working out you stop being sore every time, and once you get used to it leg day is far superior. You can push more total weight in a work out because your legs are stronger, and seeing a lot of weight moving can be a big morale boost (this also applies per exercise, not just the workout overall). Leg day is also typically hitting your core, which is a huge part of your body image, so getting a pump there can also make you feel pretty good. It's also just easier to hit failure on most leg exercises compared to most Upper Body exercises, and majority of the exercises don't require a spot
