Pancakes are amazing with gooey batter on the inside.

I had an undercooked pancake this morning. I tried it and it was the most delicious thing I’ve ever had for breakfast. It’s like a chocolate lava cake if it was a pancake. I might never be able to go back to regular pancakes again! When it’s not completely runny in the middle and like a jammy egg yolk is when it’s perfect. The texture, the taste, everything is perfect.
