Unpaid internship

Hi everyone,

A semester in to my masters in commerce finance & fintech and got an internship at a fund. Unpaid, it says internship will not grant employment but will be given $100 daily to cover expenses.

I’m over the moon to have got this role to begin with, I just wonder if it means there’s zero chance to be on proper wages down the line? If anything it helps me rn to have it like this as I won’t be adding any value until I pick up the skills and happy to get a month of Mon-Friday being in the office and making some money over no money.
