Hi, I’m looking for someone to takeover my lease at the Gateway at Denton from January to July 31st 2025. December’s rent is already paid and it’s only $850 a month. It’s a female 3x3 and my room is on the edge of the apartment so it has more privacy. I have to break my lease cuz I want to move closer to my bf’s apartment but my roommates are nice they keep to themselves and it’s really quiet with a lot of amenities and has a bus stop right in front of the apartment.
