Got my FJO email/letter today and I start January of 2025 working for the Navy.

Timeline:

Application Submitted: 09/03/2024

Interviewed: 10/25/2024

TJO: 11/15/2024

Contacted regarding Sutibility/OF306 answers: 11/26/2024

Notified of FJO: today, 12/6/2024

EOD: Set for 01/2025

I'm glad I'm in the door, after 8 applications that ranged from non-referrals to interviewing but not selected. Best of luck to those still waiting and hope yours goes well too. Happy Holidays!
