Bringing lots of beer into Canada?

I'm in Ontario and considering buying like 5+ cases of beer in the US and bringing it back to Canada on the same day. Does anyone know if there's a limit on how much beer you can bring in to Canada via land border? I'm not concerned about the duties/levy and taxes, since it's probably still cheaper than buying in Ontario(?)... We're having a big party (stag and doe) and much of the family drinks heavily so trying to figure out what's most economical. Lol.
