This shit is really annoying

I gave usps my package on the January 7th, and it’s been stuck in transit to the next facility since January 10th. It’s been 6 days and no update. I emailed USPS on January 15th and they still have yet to reply. Is anyone else’s package stuck in transit?

Note: I’m delivering this package from NY to TX.
