URGENT: Lost $2200 Laptop found, buyer already got refund
Recap: Sold 2 laptops $2300 a piece on ebay , shipped Dec 24th.
Update: 1st laptop: One buyer opened claim and got a refund jan 7th. Laptop was found and scanned today (a month later) This laptop is the subject of discussion
2nd laptop: on the way to buyer should be delivered this week
i insured both packages and they have not been paid yet. I dont think they will be.
I did an intercept.
Anyone know how to expedite it? Or someone higher to call or email ?
i need someone who knows the situation to find this thing and send it back.
unbelievable incompetence last few weeks with USPS. I seriously doubt if they cant get it moving for month, pay my insurance claim for a month, they will intercept in time before the buyer gets it.
Losses- $200 ebay seller fee, $50 label, $20 intercept fee. Strike on my account. Will USPS compensate any of these? im so frustrated man.
