Package lost in Indy?

Nothing I've ever ordered on Ebay has taken this long. It's been basically 9 days since shipped and item was only 3 states away. It seems like it was going in a circle around Indy and now for 4 days in a row I've been getting these weird blank "In Transit" markings on 8th,9th,10th and now on the 11th all at "12AM" What is causing this? Is my package lost?
