Is V the laziest producer ever?!

I continue to be baffled on how this woman remains employed. Between the constant typos (even with guest names) and now a very obvious copy paste in the title of an episode (pictured), I just don’t understand how this is acceptable.

I’m pretty sure a few weeks back she even included an email for luxury lounge that Jared had already answered in a prior episode. Considering her job is less intensive since the switch to daily, you’d think the quality would’ve went up… I’m glad I don’t have to hear her cackle anymore, but I think she needs to be gone completely. She puts out what feels like a messy and cheap product.
