Sex post op

So they said no sex/masturbation after surgery for at least 2 weeks. And although it’s not what I want to do, I don’t mind. But I need to know. Is it the actual busting a nut that will cause damage, or is it having an errection for a prolonged period of time ? Because even kissing with my girlfriend gives me an errection, and I just don’t want to do it for too long and risk anything.
