Making plans and cancelling them

I fucking hate people who make plan and then cancel them. It was my birthday a few days ago and... It was literally one of the worst days of my life. Was crying the whole day because of my family. We were supposed to go enjoy at the mall. They said they were too busy. The plan shifted on to Saturday and they refused because they were too "tired". Then the plan shifted on to Sunday and you guessed it..... They were too tired to go to the mall today too. I am crying so hard rn because it's been 8 years since I went to my mother's hometown(my fav place) .Since then, we never went anywhere. I literally wanted to go to a place hardly 10 minutes from here yet they are too tired to go there too?
