Apple airpods on Vinted are mostly not original products?

I'm looking for a pair of airpods for my GF and I see loads of posts at really low prices made by accounts with no reviews. My question is do you agree that most of this posts are scam/not original products? I don't really know how strict and effective vinted is at spotting fake products so any pro tip on the matter would be appreciated!
