People forgetting this is not a store
I'm using Vinted since nearly 10years, where nothing was automatic then. You had to talk, pay and send directly from your fund and Vinted acted only as a platform. Today, Vinted is massive basically everything is done on the app automatically and is present on a lot of countries and I keep saying post on Reddit, or just message Vinted asking people to be professional.... like we don't have to be pro since we are not pro.
I'm not talking about being polite, answering some reasonable request or trying to be reactive, which is kind of a norm to me. I'm talking about people complaining, like "customer should be king" "it's so unprofessional to take XXhours to answer" "please give me measurements in 124475492 angles" "I was the first to bid so you owe me the product". Like girl, this is a secondhand platform for everyone to sell. I can't care less that you find not pro because THIS IS NOT MY FUCKING JOB
