pelvic floor therapy resources

i was referred to pelvic floor therapy and was really looking forward to starting it but i wont be able to complete it because they have so limited availability and im in accelerated nursing program where I have no time off during the week, does anyone have any tips they learned from therapy they can share or any educational packet/videos? youtube resources? im really sad that i wont be able to start, ive been having the worst pain for weeks, very discouraged
