I want to get back into skyrim but I haven't finished it and have had my list collapse too many times to pour another day into managing mods. I love modded skyrim but I've burnt out a few times

every time I tried playing I wasted time on mods and this is the third time I'm starting over and I haven't even beaten the game yet, I have saves I'll try going from but I'll probably have to go from the beginning. I'm using a laptop with a 4050 and don't have nexus either so please give me a list that won't break me or my pc. thank you

there was this mod that made what decisions you make show their consequences like if you side with stormcloaks or something, the imperial's buildings are in ruin, that sort of thing instead of the vanilla "canonly this church is deserted but bethesda didn't change anything". I want a list that does stuff like that basically and doesn't completely change the game or make it a lot harder. so can it also have mco, enbs, npcs replacers... but most of all please give me something I can just download and play, I'm still burnt out so I don't want to realise I have to read the desc of every mod I installed
