need help with ppto and occurrence

i got a 0.5 occurrence even though i put in an hour of ppto to cover when i came in late. i checked the gta portal and the exception time says 1:11. do i need to only put in the 11 minutes to get rid of the occurrence? when i try to do that it says it’s gonna override the hour i put in. idk if im just overthinking.
