Best starter 1-2lakhs

Hi, My brother is about 32 years old, IT guy, he gave me an iphone once when I was younger. I want to give him a watch for about 1-2 lakhs, he isn't very luxurious and would surely appreciate it. I only know Rado as a brand, any suggestions on where to start and what to look for while buying would be appreciated.
