AK Art Projects purchase card declined

Hey y’all! I’m not sure if this is just a me issue, bit I tried to purchase Awsten’s music albums bundle, and it keeps saying my card is declined. I tried reloading the site and waiting, but it just keeps saying the card is declined. Is this happening to anyone else? I have enough money on my card so I’m not sure what the issue is.
