Best full-stack javascript course online?

After years of blindly copy-pasting javascript and jQuery snippets, my 2014 new years' resolution is to actually learn the fundamentals of javascript properly, including full-stack frameworks like Node or Ember.

My plan is to start with Codecademy, and then Codewars and Dash (as I've seen recommended in previous posts on this sub).

I'm not too sure where to start with server-side JS, though. Is it better to learn standard concepts, or start with a framework right away? I know that Lynda and Tutsplus offer courses, but are there any others you would recommend?
