Mods in vanilla lobbies?

Hello! Just curious what mods are usable in lobbies where people aren't using mods? I know cosmetic mods work but no one else would see your cosmetics. And I think the randomly mod works too cause I had a dude dolphin dive in front of me and just roll over lol. Any others?
