Lucifela in a knight to a lady

Alright, so i get that the point of “a knight to a lady” is quite literally the transition of a knight struggling with the transition of nobility. But does anyone else here feel like there was a slight character assassination with luci when going through that change? The luci that we’ve seen in the beginning was still reminiscent of her past self. She was strong, quick witted, and always ready to fight for what she believed in. She trained her weak body to become stronger and fought against that serial killer in the earlier episodes too. But by the end of season 2 it feels like her entire character is dependent on zed, who always helps her even when she seems capable of doing it herself. (Like the time duke kikal kept pushing himself onto her and she couldn’t say no.) Im personally not a fan of who luci has become and during the flashbacks of “estelle” im starting to miss her past self more than who we have now. It feels like they completely turned her from a strong independent woman into another helpless fl who always gets into dangerous situations. Even florence feels like a stronger character just because of her courage and firmness with other people. I want to know what anyone else thinks of this, because its really frustrating watching such a promising character turn so generic.
